Learning and Development Performance Assessment & Development Our performance cycle includes goal-setting, mid-year conversations and annual year-end performance reviews. It is designed to foster continuous development and alignment with organizational objectives. Our performance assessment process encompasses: (i) formal goal setting where employees and managers collaborate to define goals that align with TMXʼs strategic direction; (ii) 360degree development feedback to support the continuous development of top talent; and (iii) agile conversations that encourage ongoing dialogue between managers and employees. We regularly offer training on our continuous performance development process, including goal-setting, mid-year career conversations, individual development plan creation and year-end performance reviews. 2025 Performance FTEs that participated in voluntary L&D programs 917 employees, a 12% increase from 2024. We also continued to offer a mentorship program to pair employees with internal mentors across the business to support their career growth and development. Our leadership development curriculum continued to grow in 2025 with the global rollout of new development workshops on Situational Leadership, Leading with Trust, and Coaching skills. These workshops expand upon our core curriculum, providing more advanced tools to cultivate a cohesive and high-performing leadership culture.
