2025 Annual Sustainability Report

• All employees receive two ‘Impact Daysʼ per year which are paid days off to volunteer for any charity that is important to them. While Impact days are organized for employees to participate in throughout the year, we also focus the month of December as “Community Monthˮ as part of our holistic wellness program at TMX, recognizing that giving back is seen as a core pillar of wellness within the organization. Throughout the month of December, employees are engaged in a campaign to give back to our communities. • TMX Shorcan hosted its annual Charity Day where all their revenues for the day were donated to various charitable organizations in our local communities. • Team TMX in Vancouver sponsored its annual golf tournament in support of Room to Read and the Cerebral Palsy Association of British Columbia. • We provided funds to humanitarian and relief support efforts through the Red Cross for the California wildfires and to the United Way British Columbiaʼs Kapwa Strong Fund following the Lapu Lapu Festival tragedy. • TMX successfully executed its annual United Way Leadership Campaign. This initiative engaged senior leadership at the Director level and above across Canada, empowering executives to support their local regions. By leveraging the TMX Corporate Matching Program, our leaders are able to double their individual contributions, amplifying the total capital deployed toward vital social services. • TMX continued to make donations in honour of outgoing board members, and to sponsor causes championed by senior management.
