Community Impact 2025 was another exceptional year for community impact at TMX. Together as a team, TMX and its employees donated and raised over $1.88 million, and volunteered 636.5 days in our communities. We couldnʼt be prouder and are excited to continue our charitable giving efforts in the year ahead with our global giving mandate of Child Welfare. $1.88 MILLION 636.5 DAYS in donations and employee fundraising of volunteering A few highlights: • Our global ‘Team Impactʼ charity committee is employee-led, and made up of employees across all levels and regions. Together, they decide where TMXʼs funds are donated when it comes to causes that support the physical, social, and psychological well-being of children. A few examples include: Youth Without Shelter (Toronto), Foster Love (NYC), Little Village (London), Backpack Buddies (Vancouver), Sun Youth (Montreal), Concordia (Vienna) and Brown Bagging for Calgaryʼs Kids (Calgary). • The growth of our employee grassroots fundraising efforts is a source of great pride, and amplifies our commitment to wellness and community impact. Some of the 13 employee-led ‘TMX Cycles and Walks for a Causeʼ teams include the Jack Ride for youth mental health, Bike for Brain Health, Ride to Conquer Cancer, Friends for Life Bike Rally, Right to Play, Bay Street Rides Far, Walk to Conquer Cancer, and TMX Ring the Bell for POGO. TMX Ring the Bell for POGO was our newest volunteering event where TMX partnered with the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario (POGO) to raise money to support children and their families affected by childhood cancer.
