Client, Market & Community Impact We believe in investing our resources to empower the communities in which we operate to create positive change and in growing markets that help drive and unlock the opportunities available in a more inclusive economy, particularly for Indigenous businesses and communities. Our Reconciliation Commitment We are committed to finding real-world, long-term solutions to bring more investment to Indigenous-owned businesses, addressing barriers for Indigenous companies to access growth capital, and connecting investors with companies that uphold reconciliation within their corporate practices. The individual objectives of our senior management team continue to include Indigenous-related objectives, where appropriate, relating to the completion and execution of our RAP and our Indigenous engagement efforts. Please see “2025 compensation review - ESG and Incentive Designˮ on page 77 of our 2026 Management Information Circular for a summary of the inclusion of sustainability topics, including our work on Indigenous reconciliation, in senior management performance objectives and the short-term incentive plan. The four pillars of our RAP are: Realigning Capital Relationships Truth, Learning & Action First Nations, Inuit and Metis Talent For more information you can view our RAP here. In September 2025, we released our inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), setting out measurable commitments that we will implement over the next several years. Our RAP is directly informed by input and co-creation with Indigenous business and community leaders and takes inspiration from the Algonquin word adawe, meaning one who buys or trades — reflecting the fact that trade and commerce have been a part of Indigenous identity since pre-contact. In 2025, we continued to advance through the CCIBʼs Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) program and were successful in our Phase III submission. We also launched an Indigenous procurement guideline and have established a goal to increase exposure to and procurement from Indigenous-owned suppliers. In partnership with Indspire, we created a bursary to support indigenous post-secondary students and launched an employee awareness training program.
